LOW SOLUBILITY OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCES IS A BARRIER FOR BETTER BIOAVAILABILITY
Drugs containing substances in stable amorphous form are our main specialization
The main challenge in the design of drugs in oral solid forms is their poor bioavailability. The main reason of low bioavailability is most often low solubility and low permeability.
Solubility is one of the most important parameters to achieve the desired concentration of the drug in the systemic circulation in order to obtain the required pharmacological response and thus the effectiveness of the drug.
Therefore, our activities are focused on increasing the solubility of poorly soluble substances to create better bioavailable drugs. Drugs containing substances in stable amorphous form are our main specialization.
